Services and scope
Syncora provides website strategy, design, development, integrations, lead-generation systems, booking experiences and related support. Exact deliverables, timeline, revisions, price and responsibilities are agreed in writing for each project.

Where this offer is shown, the review-before-commit terms are those in the written scope or proposal. It is not an unlimited free-work promise. Any review window, included revisions and walk-away conditions are defined before work starts.
Pricing and payment
Package figures shown on the site are indicative ranges, not automatic invoices. A final project price is agreed in writing before payment is requested. Third-party charges, paid software, domains, hosting, advertising spend and specialist services may be separate unless expressly included.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials you provide, having the rights to use supplied logos, images, copy and data, and providing timely approvals or access needed to complete the agreed scope.
Third-party services
Booking, email, payment, hosting, AI and other integrations may depend on third-party availability and terms. Syncora is not responsible for outages or policy changes outside its control, and third-party charges are governed by those providers.
Website content and results
Syncora builds for strong UX, performance and search readiness, but no agency can guarantee a specific Google ranking, number of leads, sales or revenue outcome. Outcomes depend on competition, market conditions, offer quality, content, authority and many factors outside the website alone.
Acceptable use
Do not use Syncora systems or supplied forms to distribute malware, unlawful content, harassment, fraudulent material or content that violates third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, you retain ownership of client-supplied materials. Ownership or licensing of the finished website, source code, fonts, stock media, third-party components and reusable agency assets is governed by the written project agreement.
Limitation and mandatory rights
These terms are intended to set clear expectations, but they do not remove consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction. Nothing here is legal advice.
